Ten of the most exclusive houses for rent in Nosara

In earlier posts, we addressed all facets of Nosara, from history to what to bring to Nosara. In the last edition, we discussed the various types of lodging available in Nosara.

In this post, we will look at ten of the most exclusive properties available for rent in Nosara using the Airbnb app. The prices are estimates, and we cannot guarantee them. It’s only the result of a fast search in the app to view the attributes of the most costly properties for rent in Nosara.

We know that there are even more luxury properties for rent that you may get straight from some of the property managers. That will be covered in a later post.

All of the residences on this list are substantially more expensive than $1000 per night. The conditions are highly varied, as are the number of people, the number of beds, and all of the facilities that each property provides, but we decided to assign ourselves the responsibility of carrying out the exercise and evaluating the findings in order to present them here.

Number 10 Casa Luna Mar.

Casa Luna Mar features 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 10 people. It is available for rent for $1,200 per night. It is the most relaxing option on our list.

Casa Luna Mar is located in Playa Pelada, on the same hill as the Lagarta Lodge Hotel, and has spectacular sea views. On the property, there are gorgeous tropical plants, a swimming pool, an outdoor deck, and secure parking. It’s only an 8-minute walk to the beach or a 5-minute walk to the mouth of the Nosara River. There are several nature trails in the area that are ideal for hiking and exploring.

Casa Luna Mar has beach access, a kitchen, 174 Mbps Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, a private pool, an HDTV with Fire TV and Netflix, an in-home washing machine, and security cameras.

Number 09 Tres Ola House

The following property has 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4.5 bathrooms, can accommodate up to 12 people, and can be rented for an average of $1400 per night.

This peaceful beachfront property is tucked away in the coastal jungle of the Ostional Wildlife Refuge, near the beaches of Playa Guiones, Nosara’s most dependable set of surf waves.

Tres Olas enchants you with its distinct, well-balanced, and spacious rooms that are delightfully surrounded by natural vegetation. The vistas are framed by vaulted teak ceilings and large non-slip carpet tiles. Tres Olas incorporates Costa Rican traditions, simple shapes, natural colors, and handcrafted embellishments.

Casa Tres Olas has beach access, WiFi, free on-site parking, a pool, basic cable TV, a washer and dryer, and pet-friendly accommodations.

Number 08 House without a name

This property can sleep up to 8 people and has 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms. It costs roughly $1,500 per night to rent.

This is a lovely house that has been nicely done and is in a fantastic location. The beach, the Bodhi Tree, the Harmony Hotel, and its restaurant are all within walking distance. The pool and architecture are both worth seeing because they are both Zen and artistically attractive.

This house has a well-equipped kitchen, a working space, free on-site parking, a private pool, a TV, a washing machine and dryer, and on-site security cameras. This house is great for withdrawing from the outside world and resting in a stylish setting.

Number 07 The Casa Gecko

This 5 bedroom, 8 bed, 4.5 bath house accommodates up to 16 people and costs roughly $1,500 each night.

It is located in the most wanted and dynamic section of Playa Guiones, Nosara. The Casa Gecko is close to the Gilded Iguana Hotel & Restaurant and a short walk from the Destiny Café for a fresh smoothie or bowl in the morning, the El Jardin coffee truck for their famous Costa Rican morning coffee, La Brasa Argentinian Grill, and Guiones Brewing Company. Casa Geko is a lovely five-bedroom apartment with every convenience.

It has a kitchen, WiFi, on-site parking for free, a pool, a washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, and a terrace or balcony.

Number 06 Houses Green House

The Green House is a 7-bedroom, 10-bed, 9-bathroom house that rents for around $1550 per night.

Enjoy your fantasy vacation at this 7-bedroom luxury resort with two connected homes in the best Nosara location. These dwellings have been called “Green Houses” to honor their ecologically friendly design.

They include spectacular open-concept layouts with expansive kitchens and living areas, huge bedrooms, and exceptional green areas with two saltwater swimming pools and different outdoor lounging spots, including a roof terrace.

Casa Green House has a kitchen, WiFi, a work room, free on-site parking, a swimming pool, TV, a washing and dryer, and a swimming pool.

Number 05 House Vistas del Sol.

Casa Vistas del Sol accommodates up to 6 people and contains 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms. It costs somewhat more than $1,600 per night to rent.

Casa Vista Del Sol exudes elegance with its classic Spanish-style architecture, making it ideal for soaking up seaside breezes on the expansive covered patios. You may view the waves or the sunset from the infinity pool or the adjacent outdoor kitchen. It is situated on a large property with a tropical landscape filled with towering trees.

Casa Vistas del Sol features a kitchen, internet, free on-site parking, a private pool, a hair dryer, a washing and dryer, air conditioning, a private backyard, and a fully gated area.

Number 04 Shangri La House!

The Shangri La House features 4 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 4 complete bathrooms, can accommodate up to 11 guests, and costs around $1750 per night to rent.

This brand-new, open-plan vacation home is in the extremely prestigious EE area of Las Huacas, sometimes known as Nosara’s “Beverly Hills,” and boasts stunning views of Guiones Beach.

There are several spots around the Shangri La home that are excellent for the ultimate place to work remotely, but if a traditional setup is necessary, there is a desk and wireless printer.

The ground level’s main space boasts 30ft wide open concept glass doors that lead to a spacious covered patio and an outdoor lounge. It overlooks a deep Mediterranean blue infinity pool that is large enough to swim or float in.

The inside kitchen is open concept and gourmet in design, with a spectacular new granite center island and cooking counter with a double stainless steel sink, mahogany stools, and a textile bar.

The Shangri La residence has a kitchen, internet, work area, free on-site parking, a communal pool, a 70-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fire TV, HBO Max, Netflix, and premium cable service, and an elevator.

Number 03 Villa Blue Zone

The Blue Zone Villa sleeps up to 12 people and contains 5 bedrooms, 9 beds, and 6 complete bathrooms. It costs roughly $1,950 per night.

Blue Zone Home is a 5-bedroom, 5,200-square-foot beachfront villa located on the pristine Playa Guiones. The house’s design goal aims to establish a balance between rustic and modern, blurring the lines between the indoor and outside spaces. Villa Zona Azul takes its name from its position on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, which is one of the world’s five original blue zones.

Villa Zona Azul has beach access, a kitchen, WiFi, free on-site parking, a pool, a TV with basic cable, a washing and dryer, and security cameras around the property.

Number 02 House Con Vista

La Casa Con Vista offers 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 5 bathrooms, with a maximum capacity of 12 people and a nightly rate of roughly $2,300.

Casa Con Vista is a newly built home with maybe the best views in the Nosara region, scheduled to be finished by the end of February 2022. The project was designed by Benjamin G. Saxe, the interior design was done by Sofia Interiorismo, and the construction was done by Prodeyco; the workforce was great. Your family will have a wonderful experience living in this property! The image of the Pacific Ocean extends west from Playa Guiones to the northern tip of Ostional. Looking back to the east, the whole Nosara River valley and the mountains that surround it can be seen. Few, if any, other Nosara properties provide full 360-degree panoramas like this one.

Number 01 Kismet Houses

Casas Kismet is the most costly mansion we could discover in the Nosara neighborhood. This 19-person property features 9 bedrooms, 24 beds, and 8 full bathrooms for a reasonable $2,500 per night.

While visiting Nosara, staying at Casas Kismet will provide you with a secluded, calm, and safe environment. We are situated on the hills of Playa Pelada and enjoy beautiful sea views. Our home is close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Guiones, yet far enough away to keep you away from the noise. Casas Kismet is a 10-minute walk from the beach and is ideal for family and friend reunions, small private getaways, and weddings.

This property is suitable for longer stays and offers a kitchen, WiFi, a workspace, free on-site parking, a swimming pool, and air conditioning.

Conclusions.

As we can see, Nosara has a big number of luxury residences available for rent. This is only a small sampling of the many residences available, some of which are as gorgeous and elegant as this one. There’s something to suit every taste and budget. A fast search on Airbnb can generate up to 160 listings, with an average nightly rate of $400.
