Adrian was very helpful to me when I was having trouble with online payment for our reservations. I finally called him on WhatsApp and we were able to work things out. We were picked up right on time for both our trips: to Nosara and, later, for our return to the airport. The van is quite comfortable, with AC. Our drivers were very nice and we felt safe in their hands.
